Tramite requerido hace mas
Buenas, I presented my document online for community family card on the 02/12/2020 and we were requested to send the renewal pareja de hecho certificate which we were able to do in 20/01/2021 but yet still our expediente is still in Tramite requerido. Don't know what happened? Its getting 3 mo now

If you present the Community Card on 02/12/2020 until 02/03/2021 the immigration office has a deadline to resolve the file. It is normal that the required procedure is still out because it is probably not updated on the web. If the three months pass and you do not have the resolution, you can file an appeal.
